If you enjoy the sense of community that comes from having neighbors near by, then our large covered cruiser and houseboat wet slips may be your best option. Our covered and open slips are available in various sizes from 37′, 40′ and our 50 foot mega slips.
Amenities include:

- 50 Amp boxes (50′ carry twin 50 amp)
- Water and Cable TV*
- Bathhouse and Laundry services
- Diesel and Gas pumps
- Personal service with a smile
If you need a convenient safe place to store your pontoon or ski boat with quick access to Sand Island we have clean slips in our low wind harbor.
If your yacht club would like to stay with us on your regatta we have the facilities to accommodate your group:
- 20 Transient Docks with full hook up
- Gas and Diesel pumps
- Marina store
- Hotel accommodations
